What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and key features are visible works best. Phone photos are completely fine.

Can I include more than one pet?

Multi-pet options are planned for selected portrait formats. Available choices will be shown on the product page before launch.

Will I see the artwork before it is printed?

Yes. You’ll receive a preview for approval before any physical artwork goes into production.

Can I request changes?

Minor revisions can be requested before approval. Final revision terms will be shown clearly on the product page.

What if my photo is not suitable?

We’ll contact you and ask for another photo before proceeding.

How long does it take?

Artwork preparation, production, and delivery times depend on the final format and destination. Estimated timelines will be shown clearly before checkout once fulfillment is finalized.

Where do you ship?

Mellowden is being prepared with the United States as the first launch market. Additional destinations may be added later.

How is the artwork created?

Mellowden uses modern digital creative tools as part of the artwork process. Every portrait begins with the customer’s own photograph and is reviewed before production.
