Choose the finish you want for your home, upload a pet photo you love, and we’ll take it from there. Every Mellowden portrait is reviewed by you before anything is printed.
1. Choose your finish
Select the format, size, and available frame or hanger finish that fits your space.
2. Upload your pet photo
A clear phone photo is completely fine. We check the image before creating your artwork. Your pet’s face, expression, markings, and important features should be reasonably clear.
3. Receive your preview
Your first personalized artwork preview is usually ready within 1–2 business days.
4. Request changes
Every order includes 2 complimentary revision rounds before approval. Corrections to an error we made—such as an incorrect visible marking, eye color, or missing feature—do not count against those rounds. Switching to a different source photograph, changing to an entirely different artwork style, or substantially redesigning the composition may require the artwork process to restart.
5. Approve your artwork
Nothing enters physical production until you approve the artwork. Approval confirms that the portrait is ready to print.
6. We make and ship it
After approval, production usually takes approximately 2–5 business days. Standard U.S. transit is typically another 3–7 business days. Most U.S. orders therefore arrive around 7–12 business days after artwork approval. These are estimates rather than guarantees and can vary by product, destination, carrier, or peak periods.
What if my photo isn't suitable?
If the image is too blurry, dark, heavily cropped, low-resolution, or hides important features, we’ll place the order on hold and ask for another photo rather than create a portrait we’re not confident in. You’ll have 7 days to provide a replacement image. If we can’t create a suitable portrait from the photos you can provide, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
