Payment & Checkout Information

This page is provided to make the Mellowden transaction flow clear for customers and compliance review.

Test login

No customer login is required to validate the purchase flow. Mellowden supports guest browsing and guest checkout. Therefore, no test username or password is required for transaction-flow review unless the storefront is temporarily password-protected during maintenance.

Transaction flow

Customers browse products on mellowden.store, add an item to cart, proceed to Shopify checkout, enter contact and delivery information, and choose an available payment method.

Payment redirection

During payment, the customer may be securely redirected between Shopify checkout and the selected payment provider, including PayU where enabled, for payment authorization. After payment completion or failure, the customer is returned to the Shopify-hosted checkout/order confirmation flow associated with the Mellowden store.

Mellowden does not redirect customers to an unrelated third-party merchant website to complete the sale. Any payment-domain redirection is part of the payment authorization process provided by Shopify and the enabled payment gateway.
