These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of mellowden.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Business and products

Mellowden provides personalized pet artwork created from customer-supplied photographs. Physical products are made to order after artwork approval.

Customer content

You confirm that you have the right to provide any photograph or other content submitted to Mellowden for creation of your order. You retain your rights in the original photograph. You grant Mellowden permission to use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to create, review, fulfill, support, and administer the order.

Artwork process

Customers are responsible for reviewing the artwork preview carefully. Approval authorizes Mellowden to proceed with physical production. Minor differences can occur between on-screen previews and printed products due to display, paper, print, framing, and manufacturing characteristics.

Pricing and payment

Prices and available currencies are shown on the store or at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment partners.

Shipping destinations, estimated timelines, and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Personalized products generally cannot be returned for change of mind after approval and production.

Order refusal or cancellation by Mellowden

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, submitted content is unlawful or unsuitable, production is not feasible, or fulfillment is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order for these reasons before fulfillment, any eligible refund will be handled according to our refund policy.

Intellectual property

The Mellowden name, store design, original branding, and Mellowden-created website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer-specific artwork is supplied for the customer's personal use unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mellowden is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delays caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms displayed when an order is placed will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
