These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of mellowden.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Business and products

Mellowden provides personalized pet artwork created from customer-supplied photographs. Physical products are made to order after artwork approval.

Customer content

You confirm that you have the right to provide any photograph or other content submitted to Mellowden for creation of your order. You retain your rights in the original photograph and grant Mellowden permission to use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to create, review, fulfill, support, and administer the order.

Photo suitability

We may request a replacement photograph when the submitted image is too blurry, dark, heavily cropped, low-resolution, or otherwise unsuitable for creating the artwork at an acceptable quality. If no suitable photograph can be provided within 7 days, Mellowden may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Artwork preview and revisions

Your first artwork preview is usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Every order includes 2 complimentary revision rounds before approval. Corrections to an error made by Mellowden do not count against those rounds. A different source photograph, completely different style, or substantial redesign may require the artwork process to restart.

Artwork approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing the artwork preview carefully. Approval authorizes Mellowden to proceed with physical production. Minor differences can occur between on-screen previews and printed products due to displays, print processes, materials, framing, and manufacturing characteristics.

Pricing and payment

Prices and available currencies are shown on the store or at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment partners.

Shipping

After approval, production usually takes approximately 2–5 business days. Standard U.S. transit is typically approximately 3–7 additional business days. Shipping destinations, rates, and available services are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Cancellations and refunds

An order may be cancelled for a full refund before artwork approval. After approval and production, personalized products generally cannot be cancelled or returned solely for change of mind. Damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different, or confirmed-lost orders are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Order refusal or cancellation by Mellowden

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, submitted content is unlawful or unsuitable, production is not feasible, or fulfillment is unavailable. Any eligible refund will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The Mellowden name, store design, original branding, and Mellowden-created website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer-specific artwork is supplied for the customer’s personal use unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mellowden is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delays caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms displayed when an order is placed will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
