Mellowden creates made-to-order personalized pet artwork. Physical production begins only after the customer approves the artwork preview.

Artwork preparation and approval

Your first artwork preview is usually ready within 1–2 business days. Revision requests are usually prepared within approximately 1 business day. Production does not begin until you approve the final artwork.

Production time

After artwork approval, physical production usually takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the product and production location.

Delivery estimates

Standard U.S. transit is typically approximately 3–7 business days after production. Most U.S. orders therefore arrive around 7–12 business days after artwork approval. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can vary due to destination, carrier delays, peak periods, weather, customs where applicable, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery area and rates

Mellowden is initially focused on customers in the United States. Only destinations enabled on the store can be selected at checkout. Available shipping methods, rates, and any international options are shown during checkout.

Fulfillment and tracking

Orders may be produced and fulfilled through third-party print and fulfillment partners. The production location and final carrier can vary by product and destination. Available tracking information is sent after dispatch.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives materially damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. Eligible claims will normally be resolved by replacement, or by refund where replacement is not possible or appropriate.

Lost shipments

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or a shipment appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment or delivery partner. Confirmed lost shipments are eligible for replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
