Shipping Policy

Mellowden sells made-to-order personalized pet artwork. Physical products are produced only after the customer approves the artwork preview.

Order processing

Artwork preparation takes place before physical production. After artwork approval, the order enters production. Estimated production and delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and can vary during peak periods.

Delivery area

International delivery: Yes. Mellowden is initially serving customers in the United States. Additional countries may be added only when they are enabled on the store.

Fulfillment and delivery partners

Orders may be produced and fulfilled through third-party print and fulfillment partners. The final carrier can vary by production location and destination. Customers receive available tracking information after dispatch. Common carrier selection is made by the fulfillment provider based on the delivery address and service availability.

Import / Export information

Mellowden is based in India and sells to international customers. Where an Import Export Code (IEC) or other trade documentation is legally required for the applicable fulfillment route or payment flow, the required information is maintained as part of merchant compliance documentation and will be provided to the relevant payment or regulatory partner. Mellowden does not display government identification numbers publicly unless legally required.

Transit protection

Customers are not required to purchase separate transit insurance from Mellowden. If an order is confirmed lost in transit or arrives materially damaged, please contact us. Eligible cases will be resolved by replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address change is requested before dispatch, we will attempt to update it, but changes are not guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Tracking and delays

Carrier delays, customs processing where applicable, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery time. Please contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period.
